Shipping: This order will ship within 2-4 business days from our distribution center in Grafton, WI. after your order is processed. All shipments will be shipped via UPS. Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days. SpeedKore Performance Group is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. Returns: Online orders can only be returned by mailing the item to SpeedKore Performance Group, Attn: Returns, 983 Badger Circle, Grafton, WI 53024.
If items are returned by UPS because of an incorrect address, the original purchaser will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the order. If we receive no response from the customer after 30 days, the order will be refunded minus the shipping expense.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from order ship date. It will take 2-10 business days from the date received for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. The original shipping cost will not be refunded upon returning your item.
SpeedKore Performance Group is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.
Exchanges: Sizes and quantities are limited, customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges. The method of shipping the item(s) back to us is your choice; we recommend you receive a tracking number when returning your package to ensure proof of delivery.
