Inspection and Rejection of Nonconforming Goods.
Buyer shall inspect the Goods within two business days of receipt ("inspection Period"). Buyer will be deemed to have
accepted the Goods unless it notifies Seller in writing of any Nonconforming Goods during the inspection Period and
furnishes such written evidence or other documentation as required by Seller. "Nonconforming Goods" means only the following: (i) product shipped is different than identified in Buyer's order; or (ii) product's label or packaging incorrectly identifies its contents.

If Buyer timely notifies Seller of any Nonconforming Goods, Seller shall, in its sole discretion, replace such Nonconforming Goods with conforming Goods. Buyer shall ship, at its expense and risk of loss, the Nonconforming Goods to Seller's facility set forth on the Website or such other location designated by Seller. If Seller exercises its option to replace Nonconforming Goods, Seller shall, after receiving Buyer's shipment of Nonconforming Goods, ship to Buyer, at Buyer's expense and risk of loss, the replaced Goods to the Delivery Point.

Seller warrants that the Goods shall be free from material defects in workmanship under normal use and for a period of 60 days following delivery of the Goods to the Delivery Point. If the Goods shall have material defects in workmanship, Seller shall, in its sole discretion, either (i) replace, repair or correct such defect; or (ii) alternatively, refund to Buyer any amounts previously paid by Buyer to Seller in respect of such defect.

Warranty Contingencies.
The warranties contained in this Section are contingent upon the following conditions:

• that promptly after Buyer learns of any alleged defect, it gives notice to Seller, in writing, of the alleged defect, including a reasonably detailed description of the problem or difficulty which has been experienced;
• that no change or addition has been made in or to the Goods; and
• that the Goods shall have been properly installed, maintained and operated within the limits of related and normal usage.

Fitment Policy.
SELLER ENCOURAGES BUYER TO TEST FIT ALL GOODS BEFORE INSTALLATION DURING THE INSPECTION PERIOD. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION HEREOF, SELLER DOES NOT WARRANT FITMENT OF GOODS ON VEHICLES.

Limitation of Liability.
BUYER UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE GOODS MAY COMPROMISE OR OTHERWISE LIMIT SAFETY FEATURES INCLUDED BY THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER OF ANY VEHICLE TO WHICH THE GOODS ARE AFFIXED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AIRBAGS AND OTHER SIMILAR SAFETY FEATURES.

BUYER FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS IN USING ANY VEHICLE MODIFIED BY THE GOODS THAT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY, INCLUDING BODILY INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY OR EVEN DEATH ("INHERENT RISKS'). BUYER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INHERENT RISKS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO SUCH USE OF THE GOODS.

BUYER FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE GOODS MAY NOT BE LEGAL FOR STREET USE IN ALL STATES. IT IS BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE STATE LAWS. BUYER UNDERSTANDS THAT DUE TO STRICT U.S. FEDERAL AND STATE SAFETY CRASH GUIDELINES, SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR POSSIBLE INJURIES INCURRED UPON POSSIBLE ACCIDENTS DUE TO DRIVER ERROR, INCORRECT INSTALLATIONS, BAD JUDGMENT OR ACTS OF NATURE OR GOD. THE GOODS ARE INTENDED FOR OFF-HIGHWAY USES ONLY AND SHOULD BE USED FOR THEIR INTENDED PURPOSES ONLY. SELLER DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OVER BUYER INSTALLATION, MODIFICATION OR UNUSUAL STRESS OF THE GOODS. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DETERMINING SUITABILITY OF THE GOODS. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTION ON THE GOODS, THE VEHICLE ON WHICH THE GOODS ARE AFFIXED OR OPERATORS/PASSENGERS WITHIN ANY SUCH VEHICLE.

ALL HOODS REQUIRE HOOD PINS FOR SAFETY REASONS. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION HEREOF, SELLER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE GOODS OR THE VEHICLE TO WHICH THE GOODS ARE AFFIXED CAUSED BY NOT USING OR IMPROPERLY USING HOOD PINS.

SELLER STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THE USE OF HEAT SHIELDS FOR ALL HOODS. HEAT SHIELDS HELP AVOID PREMATURE AGING OF THE GOODS. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION HEREOF, SELLER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE GOODS OR THE VEHICLE TO WHICH THE GOODS ARE AFFIXED CAUSED BY NOT USING OR IMPROPERLY USING HEAT SHIELDS.

UNPAINTED GOODS ARE RAW AND ARE NOT UV PROTECTED AND WILL BREAKDOWN OVER TIME IF NOT PROTECTED. UNLESS BUYER SPECIFICALLY ORDERS SUCH SERVICES, THE GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED UNPAINTED.
